Why pearlised?

Why are these styles called Pearlised? The name comes from the type of knitting called “Pearlised Rib”: a unique knitting technique which gives life to double face knitted panels.

A caged yarn

Both of them are knitted using a yarn with a nylon core caged by organic cotton: a mix that provides volume yet offloading the overall weight of the garment. In addition, the structure and composition of the material ensure full and complete breathability.

Styles and colours

There are two different styles of MONOBI Pearlised garments: the long sleeve crew neck and the vest. The first is available in colours ocra, naturale and blu, while the vest is ready in colours naturale and grigio scuro. Both styles have a vertical knitted motif at the centre back, adding a touch of originality.
